Silverchair
After the Nirvana year's, I stumbled upon this band in a cassette store in 95' firstly because of the odd looking cover it had(which is a green frog on white background)which created a whole new impact in my music style and play on guitar's.
They were mainly called "Silverchair", an australian band which made me love grunge music more and more. The band is mainly fronted by a young man named Daniel Johnns on guitars, Ben Gillies on the drums and Chris Joannou on the bass.
The band seem to evolve in their music over the year's (like other mainstream bands) to suit the "new age" as years go by. And as I watch this band grow(once playing their music live on stage before)I seem to grow with them.

yeah it was 95, and those were the days. Now most grunge bands are following the mainstream. doesn't it suck that way. and yeah it is too catchy for my style too come to think of it. I can't even dance.

Man. That was like, what?
Man. That was like, what? year 1995?! Time passed by in a blink of an eye, aye?
I only loved their 'Frogstomp' album because it was raw as in Nirvana grungy kinda raw. However, they kinda changed to mainstream in the 2nd; and the 3rd album, which has The Anthem 2000 song in it; Well, i thought its a bit of a sell-out and too catchy for my liking.
After that, I stopped listening to them.
It's disappointing most great rock bands tend to go mainstream when they gain recognition for their 1st album.
